3.3 - Quality Control

Objective: To understand the quality control process and procedures to be adopted for spray (A fine mist, or a paint application process such as airless spray, air-assisted spray etc.
) painting, specifically environmental conditions, wet and dry film thickness.

• The spray (A fine mist, or a paint application process such as airless spray, air-assisted spray etc.
  ) painter should be aware of the specific constraints with environmental conditions with paints and coatings (Paint - substance used for protection of surfaces ie steel from corrosion.).

  ) painter should have a thorough understanding of both wet and dry film thickness.
